• Hands-on support your team and your client throughout the investment process: assessment of the target's strategic vision, identification of key growth levers (portfolio, pricing, channels, international) and ressources (incl. organization), business plan assumptions, real life execution-oriented point of view.

Independent board member

• Join your portfolio company's Board as a non-executive member to provide expert contributions on a broad range of strategic & operational issues.
